Just Muckin About, Mate

Switzerland continued

Same afternoon we hiked from Gimmelwald to Murren

Murren - again, only reachable by hiking or tram - no cars!

Me little luvflower in a field of wildflowers.

Enough already!

Happy to be in Murren.

Stacked firewood - who said the Swiss weren't anal?

Parting shot from Gimmelwald (notice witches on roof)

Heading back down for the final time. These cliffs are very popular with base jumpers and paragliders.
Not only are the views spectacular, they can hop back on the tram and get in many flights a day.

We stopped in Luzern for a night before heading to Italy.

Hey there fraulein!

Luzern by nacht.

Nice meal on the banks of the Reuss. Laurie is mimicking the chinese tourists at Jungfraujoch,
who posed as if they had climbed the bloody mountain themselves.

Gettin' to know the locals.

After the Alps, we enjoyed leisurely strolls around Luzern.

Lakeside park

Mark Twain said, "The Lion of Lucerne is the most mournful and moving piece of stone in the world."
We weren't so moved but it is kinda cool.

If you've been moved, join us in Italy
